Benefits Of MMVY Scholarship

The following benefits will be provided to the candidates in this scholarship scheme:-

• The students enrolling in an engineering program at a government/non-government college will receive full fees for the course. However, the students enrolling in a private college will receive INR 1.5 Lakh or the actual course fee (whichever is less). 
• The students enrolling in a medical degree program at a government/private medical/dental college will also receive the full tuition fee. 
• The students enrolling in a law degree program at National Law Universities in India will also receive full course fees under this scheme. 
• Besides this, the students pursuing an undergraduate or integrated postgraduate program from a recognized institution will also receive full tuition fees. 

MMVY Scholarship Eligibility Criteria

The applicant must follow the following eligibility criteria to be eligible for this scholarship scheme:-

• The applicant must be a resident of Madhya Pradesh.
• He/ She must have passed Class 12 with 70% or more marks (if appeared through the Secondary Education Board of Madhya Pradesh) or have obtained 85% or more marks (if appeared through CBSE/ICSE Board).
• The applicant must have an annual parent/guardian income of less than INR 6 lakh from all sources. 
• The applicant must have enrolled in an undergraduate-level of course at a recognized university or institution. 
• Engineering Aspirants must have qualified JEE Main exam with a rank less than 1,50,000.
• Medical Aspirants must have obtained admission to a private/ government medical/ dental college through NEET merit.
• Law Aspirants must have cleared the CLAT exam and obtained admission to any National Law University or Delhi University.

MMVY Scholarship Graduation Benefits

The following benefits will be provided to the candidates if they are graduating from various streams:-

• Engineering- If applicants hold a good rank in JEE MAINS, then a 1.5 lakh amount will be given to that candidates.
• Medical- By qualifying NEET exam and having a name on the merit list, aspirants will get admission to govt institutes/ private medical colleges/ dental colleges then govt will be supporting them economically.
• CLAT- Officials will pay the educational charges of those students who have passed the Common Law Admission Test and want to take admission to various courses.
• The expenses will be borne by the government for B.Sc, BA, Nursing, and B.Com courses that are provided by the College of state Government.

• Proof of Admission   
• 10th Scorecard and Certificates

• Complete Bank Details like Name of Bank, IFSC or MICR Code, Branch Name, etc

Terms And Conditions

The applicant will have to follow the following terms and conditions to apply for this scholarship scheme:-

• Applicants who are taking the benefits of this scheme have to complete their higher education in the given time period.
• Charges payable to students of government institutions will be payable in the account of the institution, while fees payable to students studying in private institutions will be payable in the account of students.
• In case of the student receives support from any other plan of the State or Central Government, he/ she will get the odd amount.
• All the recipients of this scheme and their families can return the amount given under this scheme to other beneficiaries like them.

Implementation Procedure for MMVY Scholarship

The implementation procedure for the scholarship scheme is as follows:-

• Nodal Department will do the advertising for this scheme.
• For any change in the scheme, the Chief Minister will be authorized by coordinating the administrative proposal of the department.
• The amount will be given through e-transfer after the verification of the institution as well as the students.
• Technical Education & Skill Development Department, Nodal Department, and Directorate of Technical Education have been given the responsibility of this scheme.
