Student Attendence System
AAYAM campus is equipped with biometric attendance system to monitor the regular attendance of the students and to maintain the regularity of the students. Complete attendance details are provided to the parents through text message and android app notification in which parents get details of entry and exit from the campus.

Exam Oriented Test Pattern
Throughout the year periodic tests are organized to check the preparation of the students and make them prepare for the exam pattern. This test series enables the students and teacher to evaluate, subject preparation, time management and weakness findings. It also ensures the parents about the preparation of their ward and his/her performance.
Result Assessment & Mentorship
After the completion of the test the result is provided on the same day with result analysis report to the student and parents through text message, Whatsapp notifications and android app notification. This analysis report is consisting of rank analysis in which All India rank and state rank with category is mentioned.
Personal Doubt Solving Sessions
This feature enables the students to clear personal doubts and queries of the subject directly from the faculty team. We provid a regular doubt clearing session in campus itself everyday. This feature is also available on the student mobile app which help the student to ask their doubts direct from the home and reducing their time to visit.
Self Study Rooms
The campus contains a self study room in which any students can sit and study for hours after and before the classes. This facility provides the competitive environment and zero disturbance atmospheres. We not allows mobile phones in these classrooms so that student gets detached from the external engaging factors .
Regular Revision Classes
With the completion of chapters there is always a need of revision to the students for which we provide extra classes on online and offline modes. This system allows the student to restructure the missing concepts and clearing the topics.

For checking the Student Performance, Class time tables, Attendance reports, Class performance and feedback, AAYAM introduced parents android app. Parents can deposit student fee and also collect their receipts.
